The future looks bright with our amazing line up of entertainers at this year’s Gayla! Featuring as always, a brand new group of amazingly talented Pizza Klatch youth, sharing a variety of performances including music, dance and more! Plus our special headlining guests this year, PNW band, Seaside Tryst!

Host: JACIE HOAG

Jacie is an Olympia Original, performing around the PNW for over 6 years. As a founding Free Range Drag Chicken, Producer and Hostess of Morningwood Manor, and co-chair of the Arts Commission for the City of Olympia, she uses activism and performance art to make the community a sweeter, safer and sexier place! She is the tall drink of water that always keeps you thirsty! Catch her hosting Morningwood Manor on Thursday 6/6 and hosting the day festival of Capitol City Pride on Saturday 6/29!

PK STUDENT PERFORMANCES

One of the most popular portions of every Gayla are performances from some of the very youth we serve since after all, this event is for them! Performances have included everything from comedy to choreography! This year we have student performances that include singing, poetry and drag!

Headliner: SEASIDE TRYST

We’ll also be welcoming to the stage special guests, Pacific Northwest-based synth-poppers Seaside Tryst! With a dusky cocktail of infectious melodies, angular guitars, pulsating synths and lyrics featuring tales of small-town escape and queer heartbreak Seaside Tryst is not only a band, but a tight-knit foursome of chosen family woven together by a mutual interest in glittery pop, men in eyeliner and taking care of one another.
